Information you submit

The mailing-list form collects the email address and consent you provide. The professional inquiry form may collect your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message. Do not submit confidential, financial, medical, or other sensitive personal information.

How forms are handled

Forms are processed through Netlify’s form service so Luxe AfterGlow and WilluChill Records can manage requested artist updates and professional inquiries. Submitted personal information is not sold to advertisers.

Retention

Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or request removal. Professional inquiries may be retained for up to 24 months so the team can respond, maintain business records, and follow up on an active opportunity. Records may be removed sooner when they are no longer needed.

Site measurement

This package does not send interaction events to a third-party analytics service by default. The site exposes a local event hook for future privacy-conscious measurement, but it does not submit email addresses, form-message contents, or listening activity unless the site owner later connects an analytics provider and updates this policy.

External music services

Links to Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, DistroKid, and other services open third-party websites. Their own privacy policies, cookies, and account settings apply after you leave this site.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a form. You can turn the main site’s visual effects to Low or Off. Reduced Motion and Data Saver preferences are respected where the browser provides them.

Removal requests and questions

Use the professional inquiry form in the electronic press kit and choose “Other professional inquiry.” If that form is unavailable, use the current professional contact listed in the official Luxe AfterGlow link hub. Include enough information to identify the submission you want reviewed or removed.
